Take off the delay on Smegas?

So can someone take off the delay on the smegas? 'Cause I don't like having to wait a long time to reply, 'cause then someone else might say something different and you're smega becomes irrelevant. O_O

taking off delay would make smega spamming which can cause crashes by crashers who want to crash this server

We wont be taking off the delay but we will decrease the time interval
