uhhh, depends what kind of jump quest, and if there are monsters or not, if there are not then it's pretty easy, if there are then it's impossible =/ so..

For JQ. Its kind of a huge things to say.
We have to block portal. Map reloading. Hack check and etc.
This will be added at a later part of BETA.
And also, we will be placing like min. 5~10rb to do JQ.
Well hackers hack immediately once they start playing. So higher rebirth wont makes them feel like hacking because their hard work will be gone.
