    Some people get an error from downloading the mssetupv83. Well ive seen every other server is using the same mssetupv83 downloaded from http://download3.nexon.net/maplestory/fullversion/MSSetupv83.exe
    if that doesn't work then go to
    http://download2.nexon.net/maplestory/fullversion/MSSetupv83.exe
    and download that one instead
